Promarks Vacuum Sealer Parts

Promarks vacuum packaging machines split into two main lines — double-chamber (DC) models like the DC-640, DC-650, and DC-800, and single/double-chamber (SC/TC) models like the SC-680 and TC-420. Replacement parts generally follow that same split, so knowing which line your machine belongs to is the fastest way to the right part.

Seal wire

Seal wire compatibility follows the DC vs. SC/TC split directly: 6mm flat wire fits all SC and TC models, while 10mm flat wire fits all DC models. A 3.5mm concave option, paired with a cut-off wire, is also available for machines set up that way.

Lid springs

Each DC model — 640, 650, and 800 — uses its own lid spring; they are not interchangeable between models even within the DC line.

Seal bladders (airbags)

On the DC-800, the front and back seal bar bladders share the same overall dimensions but are different parts — swapping them front-to-back is a common mistake worth avoiding.

Silicone seal rubber and control boards

Silicone seal rubber differs by line: double-chamber models use one thickness, while the SC-680 uses a separate size. Control boards PD-01 and PNC-01 are interchangeable with each other, and with the PA-01 on some machines — confirm your machine is one of those before assuming compatibility.
