Webomatic chamber vacuum sealers, including the CD and ED 110/120 series, share several parts with Berkel-branded machines — notably seal wire and lid hydraulics — so a sealing problem can sometimes be fixed with a part listed under either name. Lid won't stay closed, or feels weak under vacuum
On CD/ED 110/120 machines, a worn lid spring is the most common cause of a lid that doesn't hold firm pressure during the cycle.
Seal pressure is uneven, or vacuum doesn't hold
Check the sealbar airbag, which presses the seal bar evenly against the bag. If pressure feels inconsistent across the bar, or the seal is fine in some spots and weak in others, this is the part to check first.
Seal looks weak, wrinkled, or inconsistent
