Henkovac control electronics vary by model: a standard PCB control board, a PCB with touch pad, and the newer Sub-Print-02 board with a 16-pin connector (versus the 14-pin connector on older models). Ribbon cables must match your board's pin count — mixing 14-pin and 16-pin components will not work.

Lid hydraulics and springs

Lid hydraulics differ by model group: H-1900 and H-2000 machines use a different gas spring than the H-3000. Lid springs are likewise specified individually for the H-3500, VA-2, and VA5/H-5000 — there is no single universal Henkovac lid spring.

Valves, seals, and wear parts

Main valve rebuilding kits are specified separately for the H-2000/H-3000 line versus the VA5. Seal wire, mufflers (sold individually — a full machine needs four), gaskets, and switches round out the most frequently replaced components.
