Vacuum Sealer Rolls

Vacuum sealer rolls give you one continuous sheet of embossed material that you cut and seal to whatever length the food calls for — a bulky roast, an odd-shaped cut of fish, or several smaller portions from one seal. That flexibility is the main thing that separates rolls from precut bags: instead of stepping up to the next bag size and wasting material, you cut a custom-length bag every time. Like our precut bags, these rolls use a two-sided cross-hatch embossed channel for fast, strong vacuum on home suction machines such as FoodSaver, Seal-a-Meal, Black & Decker, and Magic Vac, and they're made from heat- and cold-resistant, USDA-approved, BPA-free nylon/polyethylene that goes from freezer to boiling water.

Rolls come in 8", 11", and 15" widths by 50 feet, so the width you pick just needs to match what you're packing — length is up to you. If you're deciding between rolls and precut bags, or between embossed and chamber-style material, our Chamber vs. Embossed Bags guide walks through the tradeoffs. Sealing food for sous vide? Our sous vide bag guide covers what to look for. And if you're portioning for a restaurant or food-processing kitchen rather than home use, see our guide for restaurants and food processors.
