Webomatic Vacuum Sealer Replacement Parts
Webomatic chamber vacuum sealers are common in commercial kitchens, meat processing, and food production, and — like any machine running heavy daily cycles — they eventually need replacement parts. Webomatic machines are also sold under the Berkel name in some configurations, which is worth knowing before you order: a part listed as "Berkel" may be the correct Webomatic replacement part for your machine.
Webomatic (and Berkel-Webomatic) Machines: What to Know Before Ordering
Webomatic's CD/ED 110/120 series and related models share some components with Berkel-branded machines, particularly seal wire and certain lid hardware. That overlap is convenient once you know about it, but it also means you need your exact model number handy — a part sold under either brand name isn't automatically a fit for every machine in the lineup.
Frequently Replaced Webomatic Vacuum Sealer Parts
A few components tend to wear out first on Webomatic machines:
- Lid hydraulic / lid spring: keeps the lid closing firmly and holding pressure through the vacuum cycle. We stock the Berkel (Webomatic) Lid Hydraulic, listed for the Webomatic Model C50D under the Berkel name, and the Webomatic Lid Spring for CD/ED 110/120 models.
- Sealbar airbag: presses the seal bar evenly against the bag. If your seal is fine in some spots and weak in others, this is usually the part to check — see the Webomatic Sealbar Airbag.
- Seal wire: the wire itself wears down with normal use. Webomatic shares seal wire with Berkel machines: the 4mm concave seal wire and matching T-profile cut-off wire both fit Webomatic machines.
- Chamber lid gasket: a worn or flattened gasket is a common source of vacuum loss at the lid edge. We carry a 1/2" D-profile lid gasket built for larger lid tolerances on Sipromac, Berkel, and Promarks machines — if you're looking for a Webomatic lid gasket specifically, send us your model number and we'll confirm whether this fits or track down the right one.
OEM vs. Compatible Parts
As with other commercial vacuum sealer brands, not every part is interchangeable across every Webomatic or Berkel-Webomatic model — even parts that look identical can differ in size or spec between machines. Before ordering any Berkel Webomatic parts, confirm your model number and, where possible, the part number on the component you're replacing.
Troubleshoot Before You Order
A few quick checks can save you from ordering the wrong part:
- Lid feels weak or won't stay closed under vacuum → check the lid hydraulic or lid spring
- Seal pressure is uneven across the bar → check the sealbar airbag
- Seal looks wrinkled, weak, or inconsistent along its length → check the seal wire
- Vacuum drops or you can hear air leaking at the lid edge → check the chamber lid gasket
For a deeper walkthrough of these same symptoms, our Bizerba (Boss) troubleshooting guide covers the same lid-spring, seal-wire, gasket, and airbag diagnostic logic that applies across most chamber vacuum sealer brands, Webomatic included.
